We want you to love your Veravix patches. If you're not satisfied, here's our return policy.

14-Day Return Window

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened or used patches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Email hello@veravix.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return address and instructions. Items must be returned at your own cost unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened patch packs, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
